Learning Curricula - Fixed due date for everyone including new hires

Hi all, a new requirement has come up within our organisation regarding curriculum due dates.

Let's say we have Curriculum A assigned by an Assignment Profile, and we want to assign it to everyone with a due date of 31st October 2024. If I was just doing this for current employees, I would be able to do this using the initial period from assignment date to result in this due date. However, when we have new starters who also get this training auto-assigned to them, the initial period of X days would still be taken into account and would push the due date later and later. 

Is there a way we can set a fixed due date/required date for a curriculum/curriculum item, so that even if someone joins later in the year, the due/required date is the same?
