[ONB]How could we configure a custom MDF object to Sign a form in Additional Data Collection Step?

Hello Everyone,

We came across the below in a Project Team Orientation resources.
It displays that, in the Additional Data Collection Step where MDF object is defined, there is a place for the candidate to sign a form and a checkbox for the candidate to acknowledge. May I know how could this be configured?
