Onboarding 2.0 New Home Page

During Onboarding we have noticed an issue with the Prepare for Day One and Where to Go Tasks. When the manager completes the new hire tasks they must enter a comment then submit. The issue we are finding is that the comments are not displaying for the new hire in the Your Onboarding Guide with the new home page enabled. Has anyone else seen this? Are there any current workarounds you have tried?

This is a known issue. There was a KBA with its explanation, but it seems it is under maintenance ("You are not entitled to access SAP Note/KBA 3127861.").

I suggest you to open a SAP Ticket for an updated response.
