Hello,
We are looking to see how other organizations are using Performance Goals/KPIs in the PM form. Are you rating each Goal/KPI in addition to an overall rating? Do you use one rating for all Goals/KPIs? Are you listing Performance Goals/KPIs on the PM form for reference, but not rating them? Are you not using Goals/KPIs in your PM?
Any insight is much appreciated!

Overall rating functionality is mainly used for Manager to give a manual rating instead of focusing on goal specific rating.You can do below
1.Rate goals with a different rating scale
2.Rate Sub goals withing a goal
3.Rate only competency in PM form
4.Dedicated rating option for goal , competency and Overall summary section
Depends on client requirement ,if you want to flow the goal to your PM form or to just see them with unrated.
