RCM - Business Rule (change required field)

Need to create a business rule that change a field attribute "required:true/false" depending picklist value selected of other field

Is possible create business rules that change field attribue required? I know that its possible do it in module Employee Central, but I can't find way to apply it in RCM

Hi Micaela,

Unfortunetly it is not possible to create a rule this way, however we typically create the field as mandatory and create a rule that autopopulate that field with "Not Applicable or Optional" value when you dont want to force the user to enter data or when the field is expected to have a value you can prevent the selection of "Not Applicable or Optional" by over writing the field value to be "null" when "Not Applicable or Optional" is selected and the system should have a true selection.
