Alert and Notification Employee Central

I create alert and notification rule, and it trigger correctly when I create a job for EC_Alerts and Notifications .

My question is when I made a change in the field that it will be trigger the alert to be send in business rule, I should wait the job to start in provisioning to send the alert to the employee.

Is there a way to send the alert and notification immediately when the field value changed , or I should wait the job to start in provisioning to send the alert?
