I need help,

I SFSF repport, I try import Story report but an error display

"An error occurred while importing a Story report or reports."

It seems there is an issue with importing Story Report Templates using the Content Store - in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Report Center.

Hi,

It happened to me as well. I found an KBA saying that export and import needs to be done with the same user.

I shared the report with SFADMIN, exported it, and imported it as SFADMIN to the second system. This worked.

I would suggest to file a ticket with SAP.

Import of Stories from Content Store could occur due to various reasons and my team could help verifying the exact cause.

At the moment, we have a known issue with Importing Stories, which Engineering team is working on fixing.

To understand if your instance falls under the existing issue, we would require a ticket.
