Audit Report on Direct Changes Made Outside of a Workflow

Is it possible to run an audit report in Employee Central on direct changes made to employee records (whether it may be personal information, payment information, compensation, etc.), that is a report that just shows changes made outside of enabled workflows? If so, how can this be accomplished through an ad-hoc report?

Outside of the workflow we can get an adhoc report for changes on the employee data(Personal Information,Job Information,Compensation Information) by any user in the system.By using Employee audit report in reporting .

If regularly changes on employee data need to be extracted and sent in a file ,we can schedule the report in Report distributor . But before that Online Report designer need to be enabled in Provisioning system.and then RBP has to be assigned . After that a regular updated can be scheduled in the reporting on changes from any user in the system .
