Enable Now "There are login problems" issue

Is anyone else experiencing an issue accessing Enable Now using SSO?

Today when attempting to access Enable Now using SSO information we get an error " There are login problems" . There have been no changes that we are aware of.

Hi heather.grissom,

The screenshot is not enough to investigate the error. SAML traces are required, as well as logs on the Identity Provider side and IAS (if it's used).

I would start with asking your Identity Provider Admins whether there've been any changes on their side i.e. certificate renewals or something.

I would first start with your IdP admins. Especially, if SSO has suddenly stopped working for everyone, not only for the particular user.
