End Page Template from Info Center prevents the completion of a learning session

When using the End Page Template "16 : 9 - End Page - with fade out" from the Info Center https://enable-now.sap.com/ic/wa/ext/%7Etag/published/index.html?show=slide!SL_2025775E93F1E49E the completion of a learning session will be prevented. The simulation is exported to the LMS efront via SCORM 1.2

The last action in this template is a link to action!exit
This action prevents to show the stop page at the end of a simulation.
But I suspect that this page would be necessary so that the simulation can be completed successfully.

When changing the last action to action!lesson_next the simulation will be successfully completed.
But then the not very nice stop page will be displayed at the end of the simulation.

Does anybody know a way to complete a simulation using the above mentioned End Page but not to show the stop page?

Thank you for your feedback.
The book page templates in the Info Center have been updated.
(The "exit" link is changed to "next step" = action!lesson_next).
Furthermore, the start page now shows the project title and short description text using placeholders.
I also added more start / end page templates for a bigger page size (1600 x 900).
