Goal Visibility - make private goals public

Hi Experts, I am seeking you advise regarding Manager is unable to view direct report private goals. As an implementation consultant, I proxied as the direct report to edit the private goals, the visibility field has been disabled so it’s not possible to change it to public. The request is to make all the private goals public.

Hi EstherM,

You can grant roles with private-access permission, so users with granted permission can view the private goals.
The share permission can allow user to make a goal public or private.
