How can I see the result of Email sending?

Hello,

I'm testing the email function in the preview. 

In "System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail tab", I select the "Generate without sending (For testing only)".

How can I check the generated email? 

I want to test the feature to send email notifications with no due date Item. (2024 1H release: The New Learning Home Page Displays Assignments Assigned as Non-Required Items) 

Please let me know how to test the email features, without email going to others in preview.

Then What's the difference between "disabled" and "generate without setting"? Even if I choose "generate without setting", and set my email as admin, but I couldn't get any emails..
