We are looking to gather better data on why our employees are leaving. Our voluntary termination reasons are fairly comprehensive, but there is opportunity to do better. Hi Neeraj. Thanks. This isn't what I'm referring to though. Our outputs are fine, but we feel as though we're missing the true reason people are leaving because of the options we're giving HR to input.
