Mass change configuration is not available in Manage Data

Following the handbook permission setting, we have enabled Mass Data Management Permission, MassChangesJobConfiguration permission and both VIEW and EDIT permission for MassChangesJob permission.

However, as system admin (the role has been granted the permissions), Masschangeconfiguration is not avaliable in Create New item.

Is there any other configuration or permission needed before enabling the mass change configuration in Manage Data?

Hello,

You need grant permissions: Manage Mass Data Management - Enable Mass Data Management.

And Miscellaneous Permissions - MassChangesJob and MassChangesJobConfiguration.

Before you create your first mass change request, you must configure the UI to include data object fields that can be filterable, editable, and visible. The link is: Configuring the Mass Change Request UI

Thanks for the comment.

I wanted to configure the UI by following the menu but the option:

1. Create a new MassChangesJobConfiguration.

was not available in Create New field. And it stops us from moving forward.
