Hi i created a new permission role which was the same as a manager role but for a specific group of managers to target one department which works. however, when they run a holiday report i created they can see all the leave data but not the personal data, e.,g. employee id, employee name, job titles (all from the job information data).
Can someone advise what i have doen wrong and how to rectify it?

If this is correct then the best place to start here is to go to the CHECK TOOL
Once in the Check Tool click on VALIDATION and select REPORTING as the application and click 'go'
In the options available, select Role-based permission for Online Report Designer are enabled then enter the name of the person you have shared the report with and the name of the report.
If there is a permission issue, this tool should now tell you which permission they are missing
