Post Day 1 Onboarding Activities

Hello All,

In onboarding tasks, can we have tasks and/or email notification trigger on Onboardee day 1 or after day 1.

For example, can we set email notifications or reminders to HR after an onboardee has been converted to EC on Day 1 to Prepare a Welcome tour for the new hire.

Also a notification to Manager on Day 1 to prepare a task list for the new hire, like meeting team members.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything about it yet. But maybe you can work with "Filter Business Rule" here?
