SAP SuccessFactors - Performace and Goal management, Reporting

Hi,

We are using two PM forms for review 1. Mid Year review 2. Annual Review. Some of the employees are in the Mid-year review forms and some of them are in the annual review forms and both forms have ratings.

We want to generate a report to pick the lasted ratings of employee, below are the conditions :

1. if the employee is in Mid-year review - the system should pick ratings from Mid-year review forms.

2. if the employee is in both Mid-year review & Year-End review - the system should pick from Year-end review forms.

Can you please advise on this requirement !

Hello Venkat,

By using which tool you would like to achieve this requirement? If integration center or 3rd party tool then you can do many things with filters.

If the tool is canvas (advance reporting/ORD) then to my knowledge you have to create 2 sheets for this report, one for template end year review and another for mid year review. You can design a filter on sheet 2 which holds mid year template to exclude employee having end year review form.

The same can be achieved by People Analytics (report type = story). We can use filters (if conditions) across tables/entities.
