Supervisor unable to register employee in class

When a supervisor goes to their "My Team" tile the "REGISTER NOW" option is not available for them to register their employees in available classes for items that appear on their learning plan.

They used to be able to but now they are not. Is there a setting that changed recently?

Dear brendajennings,

It seems like a permission issue. Can you check the manager role and make sure that under the "My Team" section you have the permission "Access Registrations" checked?
