Hi Experts,

Can you please share your opinion and share your thoughts on future most demand SuccessFactors module consultant ?

I am already certified on SuccessFactors Employee Central.

I am looking to choose my next sap certification so require your input and guidance to choose correctly my next certification.

So I am looking for top 3 most demanding SuccessFactors certification in future?

Hi Rajsikhar,

Hope you are doing well.

This is actually a difficult question to answer when asked which module to prefer over other. As every module plays an integral part in real time business.

Thus, below suggestion made is considering the trends seen in usage among the SF customers. You can start next with Learning module followed by Onboarding and Recruiting module. Onboarding and recruiting module when learnt one after other pretty much covers the Employee hiring lifecycle and also has integration touch up points with Employee central. So could be good to start for you considering you are an EC certified consultant.
