Standard author only can modify assigned objects

My question is if it is possible that a user who has the standard author role can only modify or create objects from a folder assigned by the master author? since it is possible that the producer only brings you the objects assigned to your user, but it is also possible to bring any object from the workarea, therefore you can modify what you want.

No, there is no folder (Group) level security - so any assignment on the Group will only apply to that Group object, and not to the content objects contained in it.
