Story Report Exports - comma instead of stop as separator

Hi all, 

I'm currently part of a team implementing SuccessFactors across the EMEA region - my role is building the reporting functionality.

When demonstrating reports to my colleagues in Poland and showing the export functionality, they remarked that in Poland they use a comma as a separator, as opposed to a decimal point. For example ten point five should be displayed as 10,5 and not 10.5

My question is, is it possible to change the settings in SuccessFactors so that exports are downloaded with a comma instead of a decimal point? I know that there are local settings that can be changed in excel, however I'd love to know if there's a setting in SuccessFactors that can be changed.
