Hi All,
With the recent updates of SuccessFactors there are multiple errors in various instances. Few of the error examples are 1. Not able to upload job information 2. Not able to update picklist. 3. Instance sync not working correctly.
For these multiple error even after raising the ticket with SAP on HIGH priority there are several delay and most of time incorrect answers provided by SAP support team.
Could any one please let us know if there is some major patched which will be released for these.
Also our customer now looking for the escalation matrix for SAP support responses, does any one has this information?
