Hi Team,
Currently our users recording their Overtime in the Time Sheet application. These time sheets are auto submitted by the system via daily running job. As per our configuration, if the Time Sheet has Overtime entries, then it will trigger workflow for approval, otherwise Time Sheet will be auto approved.
Currently users can't view their pending workflows(time sheet) if it is submitted by the system.
However If the Time sheet is submitted by user, then it is possible to view the pending workflow from "View My Pending Request" page.
Because of this behavior, users not able to track their pending workflows properly.
May I know is there any workaround to overcome this scenario ?
