User Status not changing to f after termination

We wanted to use UserStatus in the integration center since it's a t/f field rather than multiple employment statuses. When we brought this field into the file we found that the majority of terminated people still have a t in this field. We have double checked:

  • The termination event is entered correctly
  • The latest record in job information shows the termination with status Terminated
  • The employee export shows the record as inactive

and yet the UserStatus field is t. Not for everyone, but for 80+%. There is no pattern to why some are t and f.

Wondering if anyone has had this happen and resolved it (before I open a support ticket).

Thanks!

Dear kscottdrs2019,

Thank you for your post/question.

For you to retrieve the status of the employee, without having the multiples values from EC, I would recommend you to use the Status from the User table. Below a screenshot to help:

I am not sure what is your main entity table, in my example above I used the Job Information, and you just need to navigate to the userNav and find the status field.

I hope this helps!

Thank you.

Best Regards,
