2023 SFX ACCREDITATION UPDATES
We are excited to share updates to the SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) Accreditation Program for 2023, including two new SFX exams, new training courses, and a consolidated Quick Start Guide! In case you are not familiar with the SFX Accreditation Program, please see details and links to more information below.
NEW EXAMS with BADGES
We recently launched two new SFX exams in SFALC:
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Position Management Expert (SFX) - THR79_SFX
- SAP Commissions Expert (SFX) - HR895_SFX
Note: Within a week after you pass an exam, you will earn a 2023 Knowledge Badge for that product – you will receive an email confirmation with a link to download your badge in Credly.
All SFX exams can be accessed through the SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC) (S-user ID required to register), available for SuccessFactors customers for no additional cost, included with your subscription.
NEW TRAINING
Three new e-Learning courses were added to SFALC for 1H 2023:
- THR79 - Employee Central Position Management Academy e-Learning (can be used in preparation for the new SFX exam mentioned above)
- HR895 – SAP Commissions e-Learning (can be used in preparation for the new SFX exam mentioned above)
- THR93 - Employee Central Global Benefits Academy e-Learning
When you are logged into SFALC, you can search for the courses, or access the updated training courses, job aids, and SFX exams directly from this guide: SAP SuccessFactors HXM Training Materials Guide (English). This Guide has recently been updated with new 1H 2023 content links.
NEW CONSOLIDATED GUIDE
In an effort to streamline your experience to access SFALC training content and SFX exams, a new guide has been created, consolidating instructions previously included in the Quick Start Guides. Download the consolidated guide here: SFALC & SFX Quick Start Guide.
SFX PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) Accreditation program is a set of exams to accredit trained and knowledgeable customer administrators in SAP SuccessFactors products. In addition to the exams, there are related training courses in e-Book or e-Learning formats in SFALC to increase knowledge and expertise, and in preparation for becoming SFX accredited.
- The SFX Program was created for customers 8 years ago - users have earned over 34,000 accreditations since it was launched, and an average of 6,000 accreditations per year for the last 4 years
- SFX training and exams help customers increase proficiency to make more empowered decisions during implementations and post-go-live
- Each SFX accreditation is valid for one year at which time a customer needs to take the exam again in order to keep the accreditation/become reaccredited
- Customers earn a digital knowledge badge after passing an SFX product exam; there are a total of 24 different product exams currently
