With the integration of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365, users can now receive reminders of their learning assignment right inside Microsoft Teams.
We currently have SF Learning, as well as Microsoft Teams at our company.
In order to have this implemented are you saying I need to have our IT team (they and not us would be the ones who have Microsoft 365 Global Admin permissions), as well as our BizX admin (as I am a Learning admin, but not a BizX admin) to have the Administrator Permissions > Manage System Properties > Work Tech Configuration permission work together to accomplish this SF Learning/Microsoft Teams Extended Integration?
The admin who configures the Microsoft 365 integration used for the Microsoft Teams app (in this case, it sounds like your IT team would do this) must have the permission "Manage System Properties > Work Tech Configuration".
You don't necessarily need multiple users with this permission, unless you want multiple users to setup and manage the integration.
