Hi Experts,
Our Finance team uses SAP BTP workflow to approve budget. Once workflow is initiated the approvers are notified via email but most of them seem to miss it. The team advised that since everyone is using SuccessFactors, it would be great to notify them on homepage like due to-do items.
The approver users should get notified via alert/notification on SuccessFactors new homepage. Is this feasible ?
Kindly share if you have any documentation as well.
