Customise VLE Notifications / VLS Notifications

Hi,

Has anyone customised their VLE / VLS notifications? I read somewhere that customising these notifications could interfere with the MS Teams integration and am wondering if this is the case.

Hi @smulligan 

You just need to follow the manual and grant correct permission in teams. Also schedule the VLS Attendance APM in LMS.

Yes we adapted and customized all VLE Notifications. And the Teams integration is working fine 🙂

So no worries.

Only issue with teams integration at the moment is that session duration is sent doubled from MS Teams to LMS. But SAP is working on it and this has nothing to do with VLE Mail Adaptions 🙂

Thanks for the message Gina, that's fantastic to hear. Would you mind me asking were there any special configurations that you did to make the auto-attendance work? We've configured MS Teams and SF based on all the articles we could find and still the auto-attendance doesn't work. Kind regards,
