"Rehire Inactive Employee" Tool to display the list of employee based on the Target Population

Hi All,

We have a new improvement raised in SAP Customer Influence. See the link below:

Request ID: 296669 - "Rehire Inactive Employee" Tool to display the list of employee based on the Target Populat...

We raised it due to currently the tool "Rehire Inactive Employee" does not display the list of employee based on the Target Population of person performing the Rehire Action.

Our suggestion is to:
- allow by an option flag in permissions to be possible to respect the Target population of Rehire Inactive Employees Tool, this way any company/client who prefers the current behavior would not be impacted, and other who wave the need of "Rehire Inactive Employee" to have a display of employee based on the Target Population to be compliant in Data Access/Data Privacy and GDPR;
- To be possible to customize the page with more fields such as for example "Directory Search" Tool.
