Error in reading PCo Management WSDL

We are trying to connect a scale with SAP MII using PCo. We just want to read the scale reading on a need basis.

SAP MII Version: 15.4.1

SAP PCo Version: 15.4

The WSDL can be opened using the browser on the MII system and PCo sysetm. But we are getting the following error when tried to create the PCo Connector connection.

Error in reading PCo Management WSDL [EXCEPTION] javax.wsdl.WSDLException: WSDLException (at /wsdl:definitions/wsdl:import): faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Unable to resolve imported document at 'http://pcoipaddress:50050/PCoManagement?wsdl=wsdl0', relative to 'http://pcoipaddress:50050/PCoManagement?wsdl': java.lang.Exception: Unable to load: http://pcoipaddress:50050/PCoManagement?wsdl=pcoipaddress

Tried to test this using SAP MII transaction webservice action block there also getting a similar error.

We have used a blog (https://blogs.sap.com/2021/04/30/sap-mii-and-weighbridgeweigh-scale-rs232-port-integration-via-plant-connectivity/) for configuration.

Please help with possible options that can be tried. Thank you so much.

Giving a fully qualified PCo system name in PCO Management Console helped resolve the PCo Connector creation issue.
