Financial Planning of PPM item

Hi Experts,

1) I am not finding copy function to copy a financial view to another? Do I need to activate any master switch for that?

2) We have budgeting and forecasting process of PPM items but the challenge is forecast can be done at any quarter, year, or once in 2 years and so on, hence we are limited to use financial views for it, not sure if PPM item versions can be used for it. Financial planners compare between forecast values and actual values of PPM item only. For re-forecast they copy actual into forecast and update PPM item version with this new forecast.

That's what we were thinking of to set-up but not sure if its possible with PPM. Please suggest your views on it

I don't think there is a copy function in Financial planning views.

On having different versions, try with having views for different versions..
