IDOCs are showing in SAP MII Message Monitor but not in the SAP MII Queue Monitor

Hello everyone,

As in title, we can't see IDOCs that coming to our MII DEV server on Queue Monitor (SAP ME ERP Integration -> Monitoring -> Queue Monitor - Standard).

But we can see them in Message Monitor (SAP ME ERP Integration -> Monitoring -> SAP MII Message Monitor).

In my little research on community forum, I've found out the problem is on message processing rules (SAP ME ERP Integration -> SAP MII Configuration-> Processing Rule Editor). I've created a IDoc listener as in below ;

I've created the scheduled jobs also, it works without an error.

In our MII Prod server we can get the IDOC messages, so when I compare it to the DEV server one difference sets them apart ; (Category : SAPMEINT_INBOUND_QUEUE)

But it is XMIIIDOC06 in SAP DEV side.

Their Message Process Rules are identical in DEV and PROD. But somehow in Message monitor, their categories are different.

How can I control or repair SAPMEINT_INBOUND_QUEUE ? Or this " IDOCs not in queue monitor" problem is because of something that I've missed ?

Thanks advance,

Alper

If anyone come across this kind of problem in future, I've solved my problem with deleting false message process rule (that named XMIIIDOC06 in my first post)

But, in our prod server that message process rule (named XMIIIDOC06) still exist and incoming IDocs catergories are shown as SAPMEINT_INBOUND_QUEUE

I don't know how it works in our prod environment but you be careful about having false message process rules in your system.

Take care,

Alper
