[Bug] cannot create blog because retrieval error of SAP Managed Tag

Hi, I'm trying to save a Blog (https://blogs.sap.com), but get this "We are sorry but we are currently unable to retrieve your followed tags. If the error persists, please, try to log off and log back on again."

I have many followed tags, and logged on multiple times, also Incognito (chrome), but to no avail. Can you help me out?
