Do you mean from another account? Or are you referring to a separate platform? If you weren't logged in, you wouldn't be able to post a question.

its a actually a question from a Customer of ours. He has been trying to log in but is not seeing a place to put in his credentials. He was asking if SAP Community has a support email or phone number he can reach?

Hi, Patrick:

Yes, we have technical support. Please direct your customer to https://community.sap.com/resources/support#Technical_Support. Assuming he's experiencing a technical issue, he can follow the instructions in the first bullet (requesting technical support by email or by submitting a form). If it's more of an issue where he isn't sure how to log in or create an account, he can send a message to the general SAP Community inbox.
