It brings the capabilities of previously known SAP Launchpad and SAP Work Zone into one unified solution, facilitating the rapid creation of engaging and personalised business sites.

1️⃣ SAP Build Work Zone at SAP TechEd 2023
The excitement of TechEd 2023 is still reverberating through the industry. With both in-person in Bangalore and a virtual event, attendees were treated to a comprehensive overview of SAP Build Work Zone and SAP Start. From roadmap sessions to hands-on workshops, all SAP Build Work Zone focused sessions gave an overview of our product vision of a modular offering for SAP central entry point based on Work Zone technology.

2️⃣ Translation feature
With the new site experience in SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition, users can now create pages and spaces locally within the content manager, offering greater flexibility and customization. With the new feature release the platform now supports translation capabilities. The relevant tiles or strings can be translated utilizing the tools in the Work Zone content manager.
3️⃣ Import and export capabilities
Administrative productivity are now more streamlined with the introduction of import and export capabilities for the menu builder across SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition and SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone. These capabilities enhances efficiency and improves user experience.
4️⃣ Flexible access control for folders
Dynamic access control and visibility settings have been further refined with the addition of support for private folders across different workspaces available in SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition. Users can now control who has access to specific folders, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure while optimizing the user experience by displaying relevant content based on permissions.
5️⃣ Enhanced workspace functionality
Workspaces in SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition are now more versatile with the introduction of new visibility settings. Non-members can now be given access workspaces, opening up opportunities for further collaboration and knowledge sharing. Additionally, workspaces can be placed in a read-only mode, hiding certain collaboration capabilities and membership information for non-members, thereby expanding control options.
