🇹🇷 Getting Started with Machine Learning using SAP HANA and Python (Istanbul, TR)

Note: There is a last-minute change in the schedule: the event starts an hour later (i.e. at 11:00) due to the instructor's travel disruption.

This SAP CodeJam event is on the topic of Getting Started with Machine Learning using SAP HANA and Python. You do not need to have any background in the topic, but a lot of curiosity!

You'll become acquainted with how embedded Machine Learning in SAP HANA can be used to build ML models. In working through this CodeJam you'll also become familiar with how the SAP Business Application Studio can be used to work with Jupyter notebooks.

This is a free in-person event and is planned for Saturday, 16th of December 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey from 11:00 to 16:30 TRT (UTC+2). The language of the event and the content will be in English. The instructor is a Developer Advocate Vitaliy Rudnytskiy.

There are essential prerequisites that must be completed by every attendee, before arriving at the event location. They are documented here: https://github.com/SAP-samples/hana-ml-py-codejam/blob/main/prerequisites.md.

The event is being hosted by Hüseyin Dereli and Sovos. Please reach out to @huseyindereli if you have any questions about the logistics.

Note that spaces are limited: we can only accommodate 25 attendees.

Hi,

I'm one of the late applicants, meaning after the 25th registration. Will there be an announcement about the last minute availability or if we receive anything to inform us ?

What should I expect ? If there will be no extra seats then I will plan my day accordingly since I'm coming abroad.

Thank you for the notification mail, however I had to change my RSVP to "NO" my manager said he can not approve this event within this year's budget since I applied quite late. I hope next time..

It is a free event. You only need RSVP to participate. And it is on Saturday, so there is even no need to ask your manager 🙂
