S-User ID Expiration / SAP Certifications

Hello. My S-User S0019675163 is expiring on 01.01.2024, which is linked to 8 SAP certifications that I have achieved.

I have linked this account to my SAP Universal ID already. Is there anything else I need to do to ensure that my certifications are not deleted? Can I transfer the certifications to my new S-User ID S0025412106?
