Dear colleagues, I would like to inform you that the following message has just appeared in a customer's instance: " there are login issues"

Hi Hernan,
This dialog box typically appears because there is an issue with Single Sign On (SSO). When SSO is not able to authenticate the user, Enable Now prompts the user to log in using a manual user ID.
Come of the common issues that cause SSO to fail are covered in the following KBAs, but I recommend that you engage your network team to see why SSO is failing:
