Hi All, The Master Author Training for SAP Enable Now shows a snapshot that the Content folder created under Root Group, outside the Unsorted folder. Refer to the picture below.  My Question: Is it a best practice to have the Content folder under the Root Group folder? In my current project, I created the Content folder directly under the Worakrea name, at level 1 stage (instead of creating it inside the Root Group folder), as shown in the picture below. Hi All, In SEN Producer, I created a folder structure as shown in the picture below. I created the Content folder structure outside Unsorted.  SEN Producer Screen with Folder Structure Next, when I opened the SEN Manager and done the refresh, the Content folder structure created in SEN Producer successfully appears in SEN Manager, but it appears under Unsorted by default, as shown in the picture below. SEN Manager Screen My Question: When the SEN Manager is synched with SEN Producer, should the SEN manager show/fetch the folder structure similar to the SEN Producer? In my case, in SEN Producer, the Content folder appears outside Unsorted, but my SEN Manager shows the Content folder inside Unsorted when synched. ... View more

Hi All, As part of SAP Companion configuration, I established a connection to SAP Standard Content and got the Connected Workarea. Next, when I created the Extended Workarea based on the Connected Workarea, all the standard content from SAP is copied into the Extended Workarea. By default, the standard content is loaded under the Unsorted folder, as shown in the picture below: Question 01: Can the standard content remain under Unsorted? OR, As a best practice, should I move it to a separate Content folder created outside Unsorted? In addition to standard content, I will be creating lots of custom SAP Companion content as well? In that case, can my custom content + standard content be under the same Content folder? Is there any best practice for that? If I move the standard content to a different folder, will there be any issue when the standard content is automatically refreshed? Question 02: How frequently is the standard content refreshed in my Extended Workarea? If I happen to edit any standard content in my Extended Workarea, will the edited object be reverted when the standard content refresh happens? ... View more

Please help with your inputs on the Workarea folder structure as requested below: Scenario 01: In the SAP Enable Now, we created a new regular Workarea. The Workarea shows the Content folder automatically created under Unsorted, as shown in the picture below. Now, under the Contents folder, to store simulations, I will create the subfolders, such as Creation, Maintenance, and Publish as explained in the Master Author course and in this Community blog.  My Question: Should the Content folder remain under Unsorted, or should I manually move it to some other location in the Workarea, for example, Root Group? What is the best practice for the same? Scenario 02: In the second scenario, we created an Extended Workarea based on a standard Workarea. The extended workarea does not show the Content folder created automatically under Unsorted, as shown in the picture below: Question 01:  Here, I want to create subfolders to store simulations as well In-App guided tutorials. So, should I manually create the Content folder first under Unsorted, and then create the subfolders, such as "Creation, Maintenance, and Publish"?
