What Do I Do "as an Early Talent in a Customer-Facing Role"

We are delighted to invite you to a What Do I Do session with Lara Stanulla and Linda Schmidl where we will explore their careers in the SAP Academy for Customer Success CSP Program.

Lara Stanulla is a Specialist Customer Success Partner (S-CSP) – SAP Academy for Customer Success CSP Program. She is part of the 10-month SAP Academy for Customer Success program and will transition into the role of a Specialist Customer Success Partner in January 2024. Previously, she worked at SAP for several years as a working student in different areas. After completing her Masters in Innovation Management, she decided to join the Academy program to take on a customer-facing role and become part of the international Academy network with young talents from all over the world.

Linda Schmidl is an Enterprise Customer Success Partner (E-CSP) – SAP Academy for Customer Success CSP Program. She started her career at SAP Services in Consulting and Project Management. After two years of working with customers in implementation as well as supporting deals in the early sales cycle, she decided to bring her experience from Consulting to the Role of the Enterprise Customer Success Partner while also taking the opportunity to achieve a 9-month training within the Academy for Customer Success. 

In this session, a moderator will ask our guest speakers questions about their role and everything it entails, we will then open for questions from the audience.
