We are trying to automate import for Supplier Users . Ariba said that "import user is not supported for Supplier Users either ITK or Web service". Kindly let me know if there is any other options.

Manual import is pretty cut and dry through import export tasks and .cws files, but to set up automation you will need to review the following Help Center article https://help.sap.com/docs/strategic-sourcing/supplier-risk-data-import/importing-supplier-related-da... and the available tasks in SM Administration depending on your organization's SAP Ariba solutions and your enabled features and permissions: https://help.sap.com/docs/strategic-sourcing/supplier-management-setup-and-administration/about-sm-a...
