Can I run SAP IBP on a Mac OS like adding the Excel Add on the the Excel for Mac?
Currently (referring to Excel Add-In Version 2111, which was released at the end of 2021) SAP Integrated Business Planning add-in for Microsoft Excel is not yet natively supported for MacOS. A workaround is to set-up a Virtual Machine / Virtual Environment on which Windows and Microsoft Office is installed, to then install the SAP IBP Excel add-in on that Virtual Machine / Virtual Environment as usual.

Thank You Vincent!
There are no plans to develop a dedicated Excel add-in which runs Mac OS. As indicated by Vincent, you can choose to use a VM to work with the Excel add-in. However you can also use Planner Workspace right via the browser. We will add further capabilities to Planner Workspace in upcoming releases.
