EWM Auto Pick Task PPF Not triggering

Dear Team,

I have Set Up Config to Trigger Auto Pick Task Creation via PPF. I have maintained Condition Record via T code: /SCWM/DLVPPFC.

  • When I maintain Change Mode I (Create), PPF does not get created and No Pick Task created
  • But when I maintain Change Mode U (Change), PPF gets triggered and Pick Task is created. Issue with this is If I am making any Changes in ODO (e.g. - Cancpick), New Pick Task immediately getting created, which I don't want

My Requirement is When ODO comes 1st Time to EWM, that time only PPF Should get triggered. I think Config is Okay, Only Issue in Condition Record. Can you please Suggest.

Regards,

Avdhoot

avdhoot,

It work for change as there could be many changes happening to object without affecting status, so its working.

You need to maintain it, please add your condition with I and various possible values in GM. if it work start deleting one condition at a time, at the end you could get the entry which work for your scenario.

Thanks

what value are you maintaining for goods movement status?

If a Post-Processing Framework action (PPF action) is scheduled, for example, as 'Completed' by an unknown status value, then you cannot perform this with a single condition record since only certain status changes can be selected. In this case, you must maintain a separate condition record for every possible status change.

Thanks

Hi... I am keeping it Blank. If it was that Issue, then PPF would not have triggered for U as well

Try one work around, instead of typing values in condition table use F4 to select values, not sure but sometimes it work for me this way.

Thanks

Hello Ritesh,

It is not working. I am choosing via Dropdown (F4) Only.
