Hello Expert ,We need to activate PC Miler Map in the S/4 TM , so we we need to use HSS ?

Hello Experts , 

I am seeking for am help to understand , during implementing  the PC Miler MAP in the SAP S/4 TM , do we need HSS (HANA Spatial  Service ) to ensure SAP best practice or we can activate directly integrate MAP to S/4 TM where HSS is already implemented in the system  ? Please suggest
