2 resource in same queue

Hi all ,

In picking process , we have 2 resource which are working in same queue such a 0050-9020 queue.

When i try to use system guided processing in /SCWM/RFUI , SAP lead 2 resource to same bin to pick up HU.

I do not want to assign resource manually to WO.

Is there a way to manage this process ? I want to assign a another WO to secend resource if one is working on WO.

Hi,

I understand that you mean ' 2 resource can work in same queue ' but also they will be assigned different WO .

I hope that /SCWM/RFUI designed such a resource is working on a WO that is locked for this resource. If any other resource try to work in same queue system will be provide an other WO on queue. I think so. I will check again and inform you.
