Allow owner to change bid improvement rules at the lot or item level

Although this rule "Allow owner to change bid improvement rules at the lot or item level" is set to "Yes" in an eAuction, I'm not able to change the bid decrement type from "Nominal Amount" set at the event level to "Percentage" for a specific item/lot.

Am I missing any step or detail?

Please use this setting to edit it at the item level
