How to change approval priorities for To-Dos in Home screen

Dear Support, 

I want to change approval priorities in S/4HC, but noticed that most approval tasks are shown in To-Dos section of Home screen as Medium priority and this seems to be default so far. 

Please advise how to change from medium to high and wise-versa?

The exit is related to the activity as programming exit.

Thank you Juan for the reply, I have checked the article, but it's not related to SAP S/4 Hana Cloud. Which is cloud system and for most configurations we do them either in a system called CBC or withing SAP S/4HanaCloud depending on configuration settings. Please if you know could you share info how to accomplish this settings in cloud systems such as S/4 Hana Cloud?
