SAP SNC APO Integration

Experts,

We are planning to send demand and inventory data from APO SNP to SNC system for SMI Scenario.

I would like to know what settings/activation needs to be done in in APO and SNC

As far as I know 9ASNP06 is used as planning area and /SAPAPO/PROACT_OUT  t-code to transfer the demand and inventory data.

1. Any other Settings in APO

2. Settings in SNC 

3. For demand and inventory transfer which key figures to select?

Hi RB,

In APO you need to activate the business function SCM-APO, Planning with SNC-Planned Receipts in APO (SCM_APO_DISTR_REC).

In SNC you need to activate business function Supply Network Collaboration 1 (SCM_SNC_GEN_1).

Need to transfer the standard keyfigure and custom key figures need to transferred from SAP APO to SNC . Could you provide your input how could be achieved. I am Completely new in SAP APO and as well as in SNC

Nikhil already provided the correct Business Functions which needs to activated.

In addition to that, you can read the below help link:

In summary,

1- Activate BF in APO&SNC

2- Execute report in APO ( /n/SAPAPO/PROACT_OUT )

3- Check with XI team for the integration of ProductActivityNotification

4- Go to transaction sxi_monitor in SNC to view the XML received succesfull or not.

Hi Rahul,

You need to execute below steps in both areas:

APO:

1- Activate outbound BADI in APO to map the custom key figures to PAN message. You need to do this mapping in the Before Conversation method.

2- If you are using custom fields in the XML then you need to extend the mapping in XI side. Kindly take help from XI/PI Consultants

SNC:

1- Create equivalent key figures in SNC.You can refer to link below:

2- Activate PAN_In BADI and again use Before Conversion BADI to update your custom key figures for TSDM.

This is a really short summary where you need to focus details for each custom key figures.

Note: If you do not use standard key figures then you dont need to do step 2 for APO. You can update your values into a standard field and in SNC inbound you can update wherever you want.
