SAP TM integration with WMS

Hi,

We are currently working on a proposal to integrate SAP TM with non SAP based WMS solution. Can experts throw light on the best practise and middleware technologies to be used along with process flow to be used for data exchange between TM and WMS

Hi Indraneel,

We are currently doing exactly the same thing. Our biggest issue is that we did not implement PI in between. TM relies heavily on standard XML messages and you simply need to be able to transfer the WMS data in a correctly formatted structure to TM. What are your questions? I am no expert, by the way, but can tell you some issues we ran into.

What is your system setup, by the way?

Hi Indraneel, It is quite a wide-open question and various different parameters can play which integration technological stack can be used. More elaboration would needed for users to add their experiences.
