Static / dynamic URL for guests access in BNL FC

Hello,

BNL Freight Collaboration allows to decide between Static and Dynamic URL for guest access. I know how to change that option but do you know to which e-mail the message is sent? The one from Carrier master data or maybe there is a way to setup e-mail address for each carrier in BNL?

Hi,

1. No you do not invite the carrier, as you want to enable him Guest User access. If you will send the invite, then carrier will be onboarded to LBN and do appointments as LBN user.

2. It depends how will you do setting in SAP TM: if system should take email address from Communication section or liked Contact Person or from some custom table.
